01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of megashopsource.com and any order you place with Mega Shop Source, 243 Southbridge Dr, San Antonio, TX 78216, USA. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
02Orders and payment
Submitting checkout sends an order request, not a completed sale. We confirm by emailing a secure payment link with sales tax. A contract is formed when your payment clears. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, and we'll refund anything you paid.
03Prices and promotions
Prices are in US dollars and shown before sales tax. Markdowns show the previous price we charged. MEGA10 gives 10% off eligible items once per order and does not apply to eGift cards or the daily Mega Pick. The Mega Pick is 12% off one product until midnight Central time and changes daily. Promotions can't be exchanged for cash.
04Product information
We try to describe products accurately. Images are for illustration, and packaging may change. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease; ask your doctor before starting one, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or take medication.
05eGift cards and codes
eGift cards and software codes are issued by their brands and are subject to the issuer's terms, including where and how they can be used. They're delivered by email after payment clears and are final sale once delivered, unless faulty.
06Warranties and liability
Products come with any manufacturer warranty that applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act or other laws that can't be waived. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
07Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, try to break its security or copy its content for commercial use. Site text, the Mega Shop Source name and logo belong to us; product names and brands belong to their owners.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be handled by the state courts located in Bexar County, Texas, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
